We then went under the leadership of Elder Clemmie Franklin and his wife Evangelist Essie Franklin. For a short timeservices were at the Franklin Daycare Center, eventually joining the clients of Laurel Baye Rehab and Nursing Center. In August 2006, we were blessed by the Baptist Ministers Association to hold services at 1076 Gilmer Bay St Macon, Ga. In January 2013 we were joined by Elder Charles Spry and his wife Sister Janet Spry. Elder Charles Spry was soon after appointed our Assistant Pastor. In January 2014 we began to beautify our humble church home at Gilmer Bay St. We cleaned, painted and repaired to improve our surroundings.

The path has not always been an easy, there were tears, sadness, loss, and joy . We know that God has great plans for this ministry, and we are ready and willing to go all the way.
Through it all God has kept us and blessed us, and we are still going strong.
Our mission at Faithful COGIC is to minister only in the Spirit of God to receive all into the Kingdom so that we can teach of the Righteousness and Reverence of God. According to Ephesians 4:5, we believe there is only one Lord, one faith, and one baptism. Our mission is to reach the masses and help them strengthen their relationship with God, who has healed in the past and continues to present day. Therefore, we hang our banner on spirit and truth for this present day.
At Faithful COGIC, we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. Our diverse congregation participates in various events, uplifts one another during services, and engages in meaningful Sunday school lessons. Our desire is found in Galatians 6:9 which reads
